My Commitment To Your Safety
As my industry begins to reopen, I want to assure you that your safety is my main concern. Focusing on using disinfectants proven to kill Covid-19 (Barbicide, Soluguard), I will also be taking additional steps to minimize cross contamination such as: Spacing appointments further apart allowing for proper disinfecting, wearing a mask and clear protective eyewear and placing disposable covers at the contact point on blankets and linens. As always, I will use hand sanitizer before beginning a treatment and all implements/tools will be disinfected with Barbicide.
Clients will be asked to use hand sanitizer upon entering and leaving and are required to wear a mask until entering the treatment room. At that point, you will be allowed to remove your mask. You will also be asked a few health questions that will confirm your ability to receive a treatment on that day. If for any reason you feel uncomfortable coming to the spa, are not feeling well or tested positive for Covid-19, you will still need to adhere to the cancellation policy requiring 24 hours notice or you will forfeit your deposit.
I will be extending my hours to allow for the extra time needed to disinfect, however this new scheduling will greatly limit the number of clients that I am able to see daily. Your patience and understanding regarding this is appreciated. Any expired
Groupons, Living Social or Gift Cards will be honored.
The target date for reopening in Phase 2 is on May 29th. As this date may be pushed back, I will delay contacting clients for rescheduling until a week before the state confirms the reopening date.
My heart goes out to all of those who have lost loved ones during this pandemic and send many thanks to all those on the front lines. Let’s all pray for a quick development of a medical treatment so that we will no longer need to live in fear.
